Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Today's Thankful Heart - Nov 11th

Today I am thankful for:
  • All the brave men and women who have fought to protect this country that I live in. I may not always agree with everything the US stands for or be happy about the path I see our country walking down - however I am thankful for the freedoms that I do still have and I'm especially thankful to those who have served this country to protect those freedoms. I have many in my family who have been part of this - thank you all!
  • the mountains of gold and silver (see my previous post for today) - thank you Lord for these mountains and I ask that you enable me to keep my eyes on those instead of the 50 gallon drum!
  • approval for my new job - today my soon to be new manager forwarded me an email regarding further approvals obtained (VP level) for my transfer to take place on Jan 1st. She just wanted me to be able to see it in writing. I was so excited!!!!
