Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Today's Thankful Heart - Nov 17th

Today I thank God for:

  • His Mercy and Grace - no matter what I do He picks me up, dusts me off and puts me back on my feet - He does it all in love, kissing away the tears and the booboos.
  • His Faithfulness - even when we can't see, hear or feel Him, He is there. Walking beside us, sometimes carrying us through whatever comes our way.
  • His Discipline - yep, this one is yucky sometimes, but without it we would never mature. I'm thankful that He does this in love because He wants us to share in the blessings He has planned for us.
  • His Wisdom - I'm so very thankful that I have a God that is bigger than me. One who is willing to impart some of that wisdom to me if I will but only ask and receive it.
  • His Love - I'm thankful for His unconditional love. For loving me although I do not deserve it in any way. For showing me what it truly means to love and to be loved.
